Overall Mechanics

6. Once you have deposited to your account and made real money bets you will automatically start earning Loyalty Points – VIC Coins. The Points you earn will be credited to your account after midnight the following day.
7. You will earn points according to which games you make real money bets on - Bonus bets do not qualify.
8. Once you have earned 1,000 Points you will be able to redeem these for Bonuses. The exchange rate is £1 bonus for every 1,000 Points earned.
9. The bonuses come with a basic 10x wagering requirement, meaning you need to produce a turnover of bets worth 10x your bonus value on our games.
10. Wagering Contributions: Unless otherwise stated, contributions to meet wagering requirements for bonuses apply as follows:
    -Wagers in bonus funds on Slots/Arcade/Scratch Card games count 100% towards wagering requirements, i.e. for every £1 you wager on Slots or Arcade games, £1 goes towards wagering requirements being met.
    -Wagers in bonus funds on Table/Card and Live Casino games count 20% towards wagering requirements, i.e. for every £1 you wager on Table/Card or Live casino games £0.20 goes towards wagering requirements being met.
11. Real funds (deposit or winnings generated from playing with real funds) will be used first on your account. 18. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
19. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
20. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
21. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
22. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
23. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
24. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
